Lounge at its softest
The gentle art of doing nothing: lounge in style
There are days when you simply don't have to do anything. No appointments, no to-do list calling. Just you, your favorite TV show, and... an outfit that's as relaxed as you are. Sound good? Then we have something you'll love: our new lounge collection. Made for quiet mornings, couch surfing, and everything in between.
Why loungewear is the hero of your weekend
At home, you want clothes that move with your day. Soft against your skin, loosely fitting, and just enough to welcome unexpected visitors (or open the door for that delivery person). Made of bamboo viscose: supple, breathable, and silky soft against your skin. The best part? These items look so good, you can even wear them to the mailbox (or even to the supermarket, we're not saying anything).
Whether you're reading a book on the couch, drinking a coffee in the garden, or starting the day slowly: this collection moves with you, literally and figuratively.
Our view on comfort
At Bamboo Basics, it's always about one thing: you should feel good in what you wear. And that starts with the fabric. Our loungewear is made from naturally soft and temperature-regulating bamboo fibers. No itching, no fuss, just a comfortable feeling all day long. We also ensure that everything is produced ethically, under good conditions, and without unnecessary fuss. That feels so much better, even on the couch.
Does such a gentle approach work?
Absolutely. Bamboo is naturally breathable, so you won't get too hot or too cold easily. And because the fabric drapes smoothly, it always fits perfectly – whether you're lying down, sitting, or searching for the remote control (which, of course, is back between the cushions). Our loungewear also stays beautiful, even after frequent washing. Because yes, you'll probably want to wear it every day.
How do you best maintain your Bamboo Basics?
Most loungewear can be washed at 30 or 40 degrees Celsius. This is warm enough to remove sweat and bacteria while also being gentle on the fabric, so your loungewear stays beautiful longer. Can you put pajamas in the dryer? The answer is: They can be tumble-dried, but they also air-dry quickly. Better for your wallet and the environment! If you do put them in the dryer, there's a risk of shrinkage or damaged fibers, just like with cotton.
