Our world needs more forest: for a better climate, more biodiversity and healthy living conditions. That is why Trees for All plants trees in the Netherlands and abroad. Read here about the collaboration between Bamboo Basics and Trees for All.
Donate and even more fun: plant trees!
Bamboo Basics has entered into a partnership with Trees For All. Trees for All is a Dutch non-profit organization that has been committed to a forested world for almost 25 years. With a donation for forest and trees, we not only contribute to a better climate, but we also ensure the restoration of biodiversity and healthy living conditions for people worldwide.
Every year Bamboo Basics donates an amount and our team plants many new trees.

The Jubilee Forest
In honor of the 25th anniversary of Trees for All, they are planting a Jubilee Forest together with their donors, including Bamboo Basics! The new forest will be located on the Pompveld, a nature reserve in Noord-Brabant that is managed by our partner Brabants Landschap.
In total, they are planting 10 hectares of new forest on former agricultural land. That is almost 15 football fields full of trees! In this way, existing pieces of forest are connected to each other and they create one large piece of nature. In this way, Trees for All and its donors provide extra habitat for all kinds of unique plants and animals in the area, such as the beaver, kingfisher and golden oriole. What's more, the Jubilee Forest will soon be part of a Natura 2000 area.
