Returns with store credit Register your return within 30 days and receive, in addition to the amount of your purchase, 10% extra store credit . The return costs are at your own expense, but your store credit is sent directly to your e-mail and can be used immediately for a new purchase.
Returns with refund Do you want to return your purchase and get your money back? No problem! You can register your return within 30 days. The return costs are at your own expense, and we will make sure that you get the amount back within 5 to 10 working days.
The steps you will go through on our returns portal are these:
1. Sign up
Within 30 days of receiving your order, select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method. Only registered return items can be processed. Keep your order number and email address with which you placed the order at hand. You will need these to log in.
2. Packing
Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Stick the printed return label clearly visible on the package. Of course, this is not necessary if you have chosen the printless option. Then you show your QR code when you return your package.
3. Send
Bring your package to a PostNL or DHL point within 3 working days after registration. Keep your proof of shipment. If we have not received any products back and no proof of shipment can be shown, we unfortunately cannot make a refund.
4. Exchange, Store Credit or Refund
If you opted for an exchange, you will immediately receive an order confirmation in your email and you will usually receive your new item the next working day.
If you opted for a store credit, you will receive an email with the code for your credit, of course afterour distribution center has received your return.
If you opted for a refund, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 5 to 10 working days, of course afterour distribution center has received your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Fortunately, it rarely happens but it can happen that you receive an incorrect or broken item. If this is the case, please contact our customer service so that we can provide a suitable and free solution as soon as possible. You do not have to use our return portal!
