    • What is the delivery time?

      If you order before 11:30 PM on Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day.
      If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.

      *PLEASE NOTE:Due to staff shortages at our logistics carriers, your package may be delivered later than agreed.       Always keep your proof of shipment, just in case we do not receive your return. If we have not received any products back and no proof of shipment can be provided, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.

      The return costs are €5.25 per package and are at your own expense.

      An exchange for a different size, however, is completely free.

      You can choose whether to return your package via DHL or PostNL. Both printing a return label and paperless return with a barcode are possible.
