    • What is the delivery time?

      If you order before 11:30 PM on Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day.
      If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.

      *PLEASE NOTE:Due to staff shortages at our logistics carriers, your package may be delivered later than agreed.       Follow the steps there. You need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. When we have received your return in our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded to the account number known to us.

      The return costs are for your own account and are €5.25 per package.

      Right of withdrawal
      You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After registration, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products. You can also return the products within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, as long as you include a notice showing your wish to cancel.

      You may also use the European model form for withdrawal to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

    Bamboo Basics is the new standard in underwear. We let you experience the ultimate comfort of bamboo. Our underwear feels silky soft and stays fresh for a long time. But there’s more. We believe it’s important that you know what you’re wearing. That’s why we share where our raw materials come from, which factories we produce in, and how we keep improving. We are currently working on a Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) for each product, which will allow us to transparently substantiate every item in 2026 – from raw material to packaging. Our materials and suppliers are certified, and all our factories provide BEPI reports. This not only gives us transparency but also helps our partners improve in a targeted way.
