• What is the delivery time?

  If you order before 11:30 PM on Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day.
  If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
  
  *PLEASE NOTE:Due to staff shortages at our logistics carriers, your package may be delivered later than agreed. A lot of online orders are also placed around Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and the holidays, which can put pressure on delivery times. Take into account a possible delay around those days. National holidays are also a reason why your package may arrive a day later than you are used to. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact our customer service.

• Which countries do you ship to?

  We ship within the Benelux and to Germany. At checkout, select your preferred country and the correct shipping costs will be displayed in your order summary.
  
  Netherlands €3.99 (free for orders over €50)
  Belgium & Luxembourg €4.75 (free for orders over €50)
  Germany €6.99 (free for orders over €75)

• How can I return?

  Follow the steps there. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.

  Always keep your proof of shipment, just in case we do not receive your return. If we have not received any products back and no proof of shipment can be provided, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.

  The return costs are €5.25 per package and are at your own expense.
  
  An exchange for a different size, however, is completely free.

  You can choose whether to return your package via DHL or PostNL. Both printing a return label and paperless return with a barcode are possible.
