      • What is the delivery time?

        If you order before 11:30 PM on Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day.
        If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.

        Follow the steps there. You need your order number and the email address you used to place your order. When we have received your return in our warehouse, the amount paid will be refunded to the account number known to us.

        The return costs are for your own account and are €5.25 per package.

        Right of withdrawal
        You can let us know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. After registration, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products.
