Don't know exactly which size to order? To help you get started, you will find our size charts below. This makes it easier to estimate which size you need. Our advice is to measure over your underwear. For tops measure A and B. For bottoms measure B and C.

A. Chest size:
Measure just under the arms, the widest part all around.
B. Waist size:
Measure the narrowest part between the chest and the hip, all around.
C. Hip size:
Measure the widest part of the hip, over the thickest part of the buttocks, all around.

A. Chest size:
Measure just under the arms, across the fullest part of the bust, all around.
B. Waist size:
Measure the narrowest part between the chest and the hip, all around.

Measure the widest part of the hips, over the thickest part of the buttocks, all around.

Size chart compression socks


A. Calf size:
Not your shoe size, but your calf circumference is decisive. Therefore, measure around the widest part of your calf with a measuring tape.
B. Shoe size:
TIP: if your calf size does not match the shoe size, choose the size that fits your calf circumference. Example: your calf circumference is 42 cm and your shoe size is 42. Then choose M4.
